Our Workplace Relations Group delivers practical advice to both employers and employees, guiding them through the maze of workplace law.

On 1 January 2010, private sector NSW employers and employees previously covered by the NSW state award system (mainly sole traders and partnerships) moved into the national workplace relations system administered by the federal government.  

Our Workplace Relations Group understands the difficulties both employees and employers face in remaining up to date with changes to industrial laws and the practical application of these changes in the workplace. We provide prompt, sound and effective advice to our clients to ensure they remain abreast of all changes in the law and assist in seamlessly introducing these changes into the workplace.
